Gibsons Achieves Gold Level Investors in People Accreditation

We have some amazing news to share! Over the last few weeks, Investors in People have assessed us and we are thrilled announce that we have achieved the We invest in people gold accreditation!

Only 26% of organisations achieve gold and at the crux of it, it means that every single person at Gibsons is involved in supporting one other and is doing their best to make work better.

IIP is a globally recognized standard for people management, with a focus on the development of employees and the improvement of business performance. The accreditation is awarded to companies that demonstrate a commitment to investing in their people and creating a supportive and engaging workplace culture.

To achieve the accreditation, we underwent a rigorous evaluation of our people management practices, including leadership, strategy, learning and development, and performance management. The evaluation was conducted by IIP assessors, who spoke with employees and leaders across the company to gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization.

Achieving the Gold standard of accreditation means we are consistently achieving an Advanced level of practices in areas such as:

Managing performance
Living the organisations values and behaviours.
